1) SERVICE BOOM
√ Check & adjust cables
√ Inspect wear pads and shims

√ Grease all fittings & lube boom

2) SERVICE WINCH
√ Check winch fluid & top off
√ Check all mounting hardware
√ Load test winch
* Drain & flush winch

* Install new breather

3) COMPLETE WIRE ROPE INSPECTION
√ Lube & inspect wire rope

* Complete wire rope replacement

4) ROTATION BEARING INSPECTION
√ Check all mounting hardware
√ Check & inspect for excessive play on bearings
√ Grease inner bearings
√ Lube outer gear

* Rotation bearing replacement

5) SERVICE ROTATION SYSTEM
√ Check swing box fluid level & top off
√ Grease inner bearing
√ Adjust backlash on pinion gear
* Drain & flush swing box oil
* Fill with fresh oil, install new breather
6) SERVICE ATB SYSTEM
√ Adjust ATB tension
√ Verify length potentiometer
√ Verify angle indicator
√ Clean & test commentator
√ Test ATB system

* Replace ATB wire

7) SERVICE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
√ Check hydraulic filter
√ Check hydraulic tank breather
√ Top off fluid up to 5 gallons
* Drain & flush hydraulic tank
* Clean or replace suction strainer

* Fill with fresh oil

8) HYDRAULIC HOSE
√ Check all hydraulic hoses for cracks, dry-rot, chafing, etc.

9) SERVICE OVERLOAD

10) LOWER CRANE INSPECTION
√ Check transimission fluid level & top off
√ Check and inspect PTO

13) INSPECT ALL MOUNTING HARDWARE

√ Check & inspect frame spacers

14) SET UP CRANE
